Refund Policy

At IT WEBHUT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Services Covered

This refund policy applies to the following services offered by IT WEBHUT:

  • Website Development
  • Hosting & Maintenance Plans
  • Digital Marketing Packages
  • Online Training & Internship Programs
  • Subscription-based SaaS tools (if applicable)

2. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed.
  • A written cancellation request was submitted within the eligible time frame.
  • There is a genuine issue from our side that we are unable to resolve.

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

A. Website Development & Design

- Before Development Starts: Full refund minus any payment gateway charges.
- After Development Begins: Partial refund depending on the work completed.
- After Project Completion/Delivery: No refund.

B. Hosting & Maintenance

- Monthly plans: No refund after 7 days of activation.
- Annual plans: Prorated refund within the first 30 days only.

C. Digital Marketing

- No refunds once a campaign has started.
- Platform charges (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable.

D. Training & Internship Programs

- Before Program Start Date: Full refund within 5 days of enrollment.
- After Program Start: No refund.
- No-show or Mid-way Dropout: No refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@itwebhut.com with:

  • Invoice/Order ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting details or screenshots (if applicable)
We aim to process all refund requests within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Delay is caused due to incomplete inputs from the client.
  • The client changes the project scope mid-way without prior discussion.
  • The product/service was purchased under a discount or promotional offer.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our decision, you may escalate the matter to our management. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
